Search and Rescue

During a stopover at Space Station K7, USS Keeler receives disturbing news. After sending out a garbled distress signal, the Klingon Battle Cruiser K'lathusis suddenly vanished from sensors and fell silent. Under the terms of the Organian Peace Treaty, USS Keeler and two other ships (USS Artemis and USS Minamoto) set out at best possible speed to investigate and render assistance. Is this an actual emergency...or some manner or trap to test the power of the Organians?

USS Keeler is a re-skinned Antares-class freighter forged by Rich Merk (who has made some of my favorite models). The Archer-class ships were created by Ptrope (who still owes me EvtFS aliens!) and Arcass (to whom I owe more than I can ever repay). Space station K7 was created by the wickedly talented David Metlesits (about whom I have nothing parenthetical to say).
